Problem Note 38385: Newly added banner images appear very small in SAS® Web Report Studio

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

When you initially select a banner image for a report header, the image might appear very small in Edit mode and in View mode. This problem occurs because SAS Web Report Studio caches the thumbnail copy of the image from the Edit Header dialog box.

As a workaround, you can restart your Web application server (Red Hat JBoss, IBM WebSphere, or Oracle WebLogic). You also can manually delete the cached copy of the image in the server's work location. For example, if you are using JBoss and your banner image is named logo.jpg, then you would delete the logo.jpg file in the following location:

\jboss-4.2.0.GA\server\SASServer1\work\jboss.web\localhost\SASWebReportStudio\sas.wrs\tmpnull\BannerImages
